Saturday’s auction is a terrific collection of quality antique furniture in walnut, mahogany and oak to include carved bedroom sets, sideboards, armoires, china cabinets, tables, bookcases, desks, cabinets and more. A fabulous grouping of jewelers regulator clocks, one with rare mercury pendulum, clock sets and important double dial clocks, early antique mechanical banks, lamps, music boxes, outstanding wavecrest, sliver, pottery, gold and platinum jewelry set with large diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, other precious stones and more.

 
 

Sunday’s auction is an outstanding offering of collectible firearms including lever action Winchesters in 1873, 1876, 1886, 1892, 1894’s and more. Colts to include percussions and single actions and others. A cased dueling set, collection of single shot Buffalo and target rifles, grouping of miniatures, Native American beadwork, rugs and other items. Also offered is an excellent grouping of slot machines, gambling items, brass cash registers, bronzes, artwork, advertising and more.

 
   


TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.

Cash, cashiers check, travelers check, personal or business check with bank guarantee,  All purchases must be paid for at the conclusion of the auction.

2.

While the Auction Company has endeavored to catalogue and describe the property correctly, all property is sold "as is" and neither the Auction           Company nor its consignor will be responsible for the description, genuiness, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in the   catalogue or made orally at the sale or otherwise shall be deemed to be such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability.

3.

The Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the sale.

4.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders the auctioneer shall have           absolute discretion to determine the successful bidder, in which event this determination shall be final, or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. If  any dispute arises after the sale, The Auction Company sale record shall be conclusive as to who was the purchaser, the amount of the highest bid, and in all other respects.

5.

No properties purchased during the auction may be removed prior to end of session, without approval.

6.

The successful buyer agrees to pay a 10% premium and the applicable sales tax in addition to the hammer price. Tax exemption numbers must be registered.

7.

The auctioneer or representative of the Auction Company may act on behalf of absentee bidders; that is, bids left on particular items by non-present      bidders who wish to participate as bidders/buyers to the Auction.

Money Order, Cash, Cashier's Check, personal or business check with bank guarantee.
